Electrical Accessories FAQs
Q. I want to use Arbor electrical accessories for the switches and dimmers, but your Classic range accessories for the socket outlets. Will the finish you give to the brass match on all the items.
A. Yes. We can put all the brass plates through the finishing process at the same time to ensure that the finish matches.
Q. I want the real wood veneer you use on the Arbor accessories to match the wood panelling I have in the room. Can you do this?
A. Yes, probably. If you can send us a sample of the wood, we shall do a sample of the veneer to see how close we can get.
Q. I have a special requirement for switchplates and sockets, and I cannot find them in your catalogue. Can you help?
A. Yes. We are very used to supplying special bespoke items. Just send us an idea of your requirement and we shall get back to you with our recommendation.
Q. I want to paint the switchplates and sockets to match the colour of the wall. Can I do this?
A. Yes, but even better than this, we can do it for you. All of the plates from the Classic range can be supplied either primed ready for you to paint, or we can paint them for you. All we need is the colour specification.
